As the wife of Boston’s longest tenured player, Tim Wakefield’s wife Stacy Stover is a frequent representative at Red Sox charity events, most specifically events for the Jimmy Fund. She works closely with Wakefield’s Warriors, which is an organization that gives children being treated at the Franciscan Hospital for Children in Boston have the opportunity to come to Fenway Park, watch batting practice from the field, and meet Tim and other Red Sox players before every Tuesday home game.
Tim and Stacy Wakefield were married November 9, 2002. They have an offseason home in Melbourne, FL. The couple has two children together, Trevor Steven, born in 2004, and Brianna Grace, born in 2005.
