Curt Menefee’s wife Viollette Menefee must be a patient woman.
Curt and Viollette Menefee were married May 31, 2013, which was well into the Fox Sports studio host’s career. Menefee, best known for being the NFL on Fox studio host, also runs other gigs for the network including host for UFC on Fox. With Menefee’s irregular work schedule, and frequent travel, any wife would need to be patient and flexible to put up with the irregular homelife.
Fortunately, Viollette is used to the turmoil of an unpredictable schedule. Originally from Oak Park, IL, Viollette Menefee has been a nurse for the past 15 years. Viollette currently lives in Los Angeles full time, which would make the commute for Curt to the New York studios a hell of a trip.
According to her biography on the couple’s wedding site,
Just like her mate, she is a lover of music, movies, great food and wine, dogs, travel and good times. It’s no surprise that it’s so easy for them to get along so well since they are on the same page about almost every thing (well, except driving styles, but we digress). … In her spare time she enjoys hiking with their sweet little dog Abby, cooking dinner for her fiancee and friends, taking trips in and out of Los Angeles, and Skyping with her little nieces as much as possible.
The couple was engaged on July 19, 2012. Fellow NFL on Fox broadcasting partner Jay Glazer served as Menefee’s best man at the couples nuptials. The wedding took place at Villa Cimbrone in Ravello, Italy. In a cool gesture we always like seeing from celebrities and athletes getting married, the couple passed on registering for gifts, instead accepting donations for Los Angeles Chapter of The Braille Institute.
