Jeff Garcia’s wife Carmella Decesare was born in Avon Lake, OH, on July 1, 1982 and currently resides in Manhattan Beach, CA. The two were married April 21, 2007. They have one child together, Presley and are now expecting a second child.
For a 27 years old, she’s done a lot already.
Carmella posed in Playboy as Miss April, 2003. She was voted the 2004 Playboy Playmate of the Year and has gone on to pose for multiple Playboy events including their 2005 swimsuit calendar.
In 2004, she came in second a reality show called WWE Diva Search. She subsequently wrestled a few times on Smackdown and Raw before being released. In 2008, she modeled for SI’s swimsuit addition. Decesare currently serves as vice president for Garcia’s charitable foundation, Garcia’s Pass It On Foundation.
Whenever you watch wrestling, they repeatedly warn the viewer, “Don’t try this at home.” Apparently they need to pass this warning along to their wrestlers.
In 2004, while Garcia and Decesare were dating, Jeff apparently stepped out with a woman named Kristen Hine. When Decesare found out about this, she became so enraged that she tracked down Hine in a bar and proceeded to kick the woman in the head. You read that right.
She was charged, and ultimately acquitted of assault charges but found guilty of lesser charges and sentenced to 24 hours community service, one year probation and a $150 fine.
OK, so that’s a pretty good story unto itself. But the best part of the story is that during the trial, Jeff Garcia was forced to take the stand. Under oath, in a court of law, Garcia was asked if Terrell Owens was right, when he was asked if he was gay. Garcia obviously denied the allegations, and if it were up to us, Carmella Decesare provides a pretty solid defense to that charge.
