Francesco Molinari’s wife Valentina Molinari is the mother of their two children, Tommaso and a little girl. The girl is a recent addition to the family. Francesco said “of course” he cried at the birth of their first son. In an interview with Golf Punk HQ, he mentioned he uses Skype with Valentina and the kids when he goes on tour. He added it helps keep flight costs down too. Valentina used to travel with him all the time. Now, however, it’s a different story because of the kids. They realized it’s not pragmatic to travel with two small children to tours all the time.

Valentina attended an MBA program in London. She originally came from Italy, like Francesco. Francesco Molinari’s wife also loves to attend art shows, exhibitions, and theater, he explained in an interview. She loves culture, and London is certainly full of that. They still do travel with the kids now that the second child is a little older. She appears to be about two now. In May of 2017, Francesco wrote Valentina a lovely dedication on their ten-year anniversary. Since we live in the age of social media, he also posted it for all to see. He told her he feels loved for what he is, he feels lucky, proud, and e loves her a lot. The usual heart-melting jazz!
Life in golf is challenging for a family, but as time goes on it becomes easier. Francesco Molinari’s wife frequently traveled with him before the kids, as I mentioned.
