Jeff Locke’s girlfriend Celine MacClean has one of those really memorable, rhyming, cool names that may even exceed her actual level of coolness. Rather than being a cool customer, though, she’s a very nice lady and she keeps up with all of her friends. She made a lot of buddies with the Pirates wives and girlfriends, and I saw a picture of her hanging with all of them outside the team shop at PNC Park. A huge number of the Pirate wives and girlfriends also hung out together in Napa Valley and took a picture at the vineyards. It’s a pretty good deal to get travel to a place like Napa Valley with people who are all in the same boat as you.
Jeff and Celine also recently welcomed in the “baby trainer,” a little puppy. Jeff Locke’s girlfriend shares all kinds of growing-up pictures of their bulldog. They got her in November of 2014 and she’s pretty much fully grown now. I never figured out what the dog’s name is, but I’m a fan of bulldogs because they’re goofy looking and make funny faces. Celine also shared a picture of her mother, Josie, who passed away some time ago, and all of her family friends and relatives commented that they see her in Celine and that her memory lives on through her. It was a bit of a touching thing and a nice tribute from her family.
Celine attained a master’s and clinical fellowship of speech-language pathology in 2013. In a nutshell, I think this means she’s qualified to help people who have problems speaking or have breathing or swallowing disorders. She understands a lot about how words and phrases are formed, and it’s a very specific masters to achieve, so she’s clearly got her sights aimed at that one field. Jeff Locke’s girlfriend Celine is originally from Maine, so living in Pittsburgh is a good distance away from her family. Her dad and brother came out to congratulate her on her masters when that happened. I’m not sure if she’s a pathologist right now, but I’m fairly certain she didn’t spend all that time for nothing.
