That’s right folks. Mom will probably get the first kiss. Siblings, dad, agents, friends will all get the middle daps and handshakes. And Anissa will likely send him off to go meet Adam Silver and pull on the new hat. A lot of times, when guys get ready to turn pro, their social media buttons up. Limited personal information. Very specific, targeted postings, which may or may not be new sponsorships. Ayton took a sharp left in that decision. Almost at the end of the college basketball season, DeAndre and Anissa went as public as someone can in 2018. They went IG official.

WAIT, is that a ring emoji?
Why yes, it is. But, that’s where things get a little confusing. I get that the caption he’s going for is “King Loves Queen.” But the ring emoji usually points to an engagement. In this instance, DeAndre Ayton’s girlfriend has her left hand seen clear as day. And that ring finger is empty. He posts the same emoji on her birthday, including a #wifey, but this time no visible hand.

It’s almost immaterial, because DeAndre digs his girlfriend or fiance. The likely number one pic is not afraid to make it VERY well known that he’s off the market, and very much in love. Refreshing to see.

There’s not a ton of information about DeAndre Ayton’s girlfriend out there. She also hails from the Bahamas, but she graduated from Jupiter High School in Florida in 2017. Some sites have reported that she attended Queen’s College in Nassau, but we cannot confirm that. According to her still (and likely not much longer) public Facebook page, she is currently at the University of Tampa.
