I was starting to believe “Super Mario” had turned a corner when his transfer to AC Milan was completed.
Typically during his time at Manchester City we couldn’t go a week without a fantastic story about Mario. Battling back from insane stories about prostitutes to possibly burning his house down with fireworks that he fired off himself inside his house, things had been quite calm off the pitch for Mario since heading to AC Milan. Yes there was the story about Mario commissioning a bronze statue of himself for his house,… but we pass no judgement, since what pro athlete doesn’t have one of those?

The new woman laying claim to the title of Mario Balotelli’s girlfriend Fanny Robert Neguesha, is a 22-year old Belgian model. This relationship, which only started back in late 2012, ramped up within the last week when Mario proposed to Fanny. While normally we would be celebrating a story about a player settling down and finding the woman of his dreams, things are never quite so simple with Mario. When Mario proposed he had ring prepared unlike any other for this moment. Mario spared no expenses and had a ring made out of……tin foil. Why do I have the feeling this relationship has a shelf life of say a year max on it?
