Sasha Banks’ husband Sarath Ton is a talented fellow. Not only does he wrestle on the indies, but he also designs costumes for lots of professional wrestlers. That includes Sasha! She wears his stuff all the time because the man simply knows how to construct a cool costume. He is a consummate professional. We are not talking about a person who stepped behind a sewing machine yesterday. This guy is crazy talented! I saw a Spawn costume he made that completely floored me because it had such intricate detail and looked exactly like the comic character.
Sasha herself is a tornado of personality. She’s really good friends with fellow WWE Superstar Bayley. Sasha frequently posts pictures of her hugging Bayley since they’re both huggers. Sasha married Sarath in August of 2016. The wedding was not a widely publicized event. Sasha began to receive her costumes and gear from Sarath ever since she debuted in the WWE. He apparently also even wrestled her in public! This event happened in Massachusetts back in 2012. The only time Sarath wrestled in the WWE, Ryback obliterated him. That’s okay because he now creates amazing gear for the WWE! Everything works out in the end. Honestly, would you expect this guy to beat Ryback? Sarath is still super talented. Hardly anybody gets the opportunity to get in a WWE ring.
Part of what makes Sasha Banks’ husband Sarath a good match is their chemistry together. Sasha believes the world belongs to people who say “I can,” as she posted on her social media. This initiative definitely aligns with Sarath and his values. They are can-do people. Since the last match Sarath wrestled ended with a fairly serious head injury, he sticks to the creation of some of the best costumes in the business. I think a lot of people don’t consider there are legit WWE careers outside of wrestling.
