So that lede probably needs a little clarification. Let’s start with the wrestling aspect:
On the June 2 edition of Monday Night Raw, The Shield came to the ring to celebrate a monumental destruction of Evolution at the Payback Pay-Per-View the night before. After the pleasantries were out of the way and the battle was brewing, Seth Rollins, the architect of The Shield did the unthinkable and turned on partners Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose to join forces with the remaining members of Evolution, Triple-H and Randy Orton. Given the current rise and peak of popularity the Shield is currently enjoying, it was a shocking storyline turn to many WWE fans.
Now, to clarify the part about Leighla Schultz saying yes? Just days before the surprising heel turn, Seth Rollins and Leighla Schultz got engaged. Not much is known about Leighla, but she describes Rollins the way you might expect, “My best friend, my rock, and my soulmate!” Leighla, who is a very light Tweeter, has bio describing herself as “Cosmetologist, makeup junkie, coffee addict, big hair, music, & tattoos.”
The two definitely seem to jive together. Rollins seems a little bit off the beaten path with the famous hair style and Jeff Hardy inspired ring technique. A regular guest at various Crossfit gyms across America, Rollins loves to show off various products, drinks and supplements he’s trying, including his favorite coffee in the moment. They both like coffee!! Sounds like destiny.
